2023新春年會晚宴

科工會將於1月29日於Marriott Mission Valley舉行第40屆新年年會晚宴。席間我們十分榮幸邀請了加州理工 JPL噴射推進實驗室火星探險專家：嚴正 博士前來主講 “Two decades of Mars Rover Exploration — Big things may happen on the Red Planet in the next 10 years“。

美國航太總署NASA的火星調查車「毅力號」(Perseverance)，在2月18日成功登陸火星，將展開火星探測工作，若再加上在2012年2月18日已登陸，並且目前仍在運作的「好奇號」(Curiosity)探測車，那麼NASA已有2輛探測車在火星上漫游。值得國人感到驕傲的是，「毅力號」與「好奇號」的工程團隊，都有來自台灣的嚴正博士、劉登凱博士的參與，兩位都足以稱為「台灣之光」。
